Beginning Wednesday Feb 1st we will be offering a new version of our boxing for fitness class for those who want to ramp it up little a bit! We will still be punching the heavy, but we will integrate some new surprises! This class is for everyone! We will help burn that unwanted Fat, and start showing those developing muscles! No Treadmills! No Cycles! No Elliptical! Just go old fashion HARD WORK!!!!!
