Eye Of The Tiger Boxing For fitness

I am asked all the time about this class. Eye Of The Tiger Boxing For Fitness, like all our programs, is designed for people of all fitness levels. From the person who has not worked out in years, to the fitness addict. The difference like all our programs is the members intensity level. 

 

The class 75 minutes in length, and is similar to our 1 hour boxing for fitness class, with one major exception! We have added a 15 minute segment, in which we use light weights to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. We use nothing more than 3, 5, 8 or 10 pound dumbbells! Eye of The Tiger is one of our most popular classes. 

 

The class is offered Tuesday at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am. Come try it out and bring a friend!
