Too many times we set goals and then are completely satisfied once we reach them. That is the wrong mentality. Goals are fine and reaching goals are important. However, you should always be looking at what is next. The space between your ear is all you have to convince! Your body will respond accordingly. Set your goals and adjust them periodically, never be satisfied! There’s always one more squat you can do, one more punch, one more sit up and one more push-up.
